Viola Kirsch started their work experience in 2008 as an intern at the European Parliament. From 2012 to 2014, they completed internships at KPMG, first in the Corporate Tax Department and then in the Audit department. Viola then joined Swisscom in 2014 as an Internal Auditor and later became a Financial Controller from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz as a Financial Controller until 2019. Currently, Viola is working at MoneyPark, where they started as a Deputy CFO in 2019 and is now the Group Chief Financial Officer since October 2020.

Viola Kirsch has a diverse education history. In 2008, they began studying Recht (Law) at European-University Viadrina, where they continued until 2011. During the same time period in 2010 and 2011, Viola also studied Business Administration and Law at Universidad Europea. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business Administration (IBA) at European-University Viadrina. In 2015, Viola briefly attended The Institute of Internal Auditors to obtain their Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification. Viola successfully obtained this certification in March 2016 from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
