MoneySmart Group is South East Asia's leading personal financial portal helping consumers compare loans, insurance, and credit cards. MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.

We are growing and we’re looking for talents to come onboard our SG Operations team as an Operations Executive (Fulfilment)

Mission

Your mission will be to work closely with the commercial team to launch new products and campaigns and own all inventory management and fulfillment responsibilities. You will be in charge of designing, creating, and maintaining all fulfillment reward/campaign reports and executing operational and logistical processes, including sending invoices and updating website information regularly.

The role will require you to be extremely detail-oriented and be proficient and comfortable with working with large and complex datasets. You must have the ability to think strategically to develop plans and also have the technical expertise to execute these plans with a limited level of direct supervision.

Reporting to the Singapore Operations Lead, your responsibilities include enabling the commercial operations team to work at peak efficiency by providing operational assistance and analytical support.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new products / campaigns in the rewards store
  • Ensure product / SKU listing information is up to date
  • Execute day-to-day fulfilment for rewards/campaign including managing terms and conditions, inventory management, reporting and analysis
  • Update playbooks when necessary for different aspects of the commercial operations
  • Perform other operational support duties as assigned

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in business administration and operations, business process improvement experience is a plus
  • Experience dealing with huge datasets and reporting experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, detailed and result oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
  • A team player, independent with a strong work ethic
