Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs provided subject to transport boundaries)

What you’ll do..

Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:

  • Working closely with global recruiters while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly
  • Reviewing candidacies from diversity partnerships, partner organization databases and event attendee lists to increase the diversity of our candidate talent pool
  • Conducting passive sourcing focusing on building a diverse pipeline for open positions across multiple departments
  • Building a diverse talent community of prospects for consideration for future rules
  • Gaining a high-level understanding of the different departments and teams at MongoDB, and have a deep understanding of evergreen roles
  • Serving as a strategic liaison between the Diversity Recruiting Enablement function and the broader sourcing team to support projects and events focused on increasing top-of-funnel pipeline representation for high-priority roles
  • Driving hiring for niche functions including product and engineering to support fast-paced business growth
  • Researching market trends for company mapping and present the detailed findings to stakeholders per need basis
  • Developing a strong understanding of the MongoDB tech stack and a familiarity with the needs of all Engineering teams
  • Sharing resumes of qualified candidates with the respective recruiter/sourcer for the role; proactively identifying alternative roles for active or passive candidates who may not be a direct fit for a current opening
  • Preparing information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends on the diversity of our pipeline
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness of current diversity sourcing initiatives; support 
  • Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MongoDB’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

We’re looking for someone with..

  • More than 5 years of experience in talent acquisition role working with a reputed executive search firm or technology company
  • Past experience sourcing a diverse talent pool for a wide variety of technical functions via creative and innovative sourcing methodologies
  • Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent research
  • A consultative approach and strong understanding of technology
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill reqs
  • Experience with social-media hiring (Linkedin, Twitter, FB etc.) and other sourcing channels Github, Stackoverflow/Seekout. Familiarity with Gem CRM and Greenhouse ATS is preferred
  • Robust interpersonal skills with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working across numerous stakeholders to drive projects to completion; an ability to lead without direct authority to achieve outcomes cross-functionally
  • Excellent in networking and talent mapping
  • Must have worked in a fast-paced environment that is driven by business-priorities and stakeholder enabling scenarios
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill reqs
  • A growth attitude: an aim to make things better, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
