Ankur Kapadia

Ankur Kapadia currently serves as Senior Director of Recruiting Operations at MongoDB and Co-Founder of HireVolume, roles commenced in October 2023 and March 2023, respectively. Previously, Ankur held multiple leadership positions at Wayfair from October 2018 to March 2023, including Global Head of Recruiting Operations and Product Management, where significant enhancements were made to the candidate and pre-hire experience. Ankur also led the development of custom talent acquisition tools and managed a global team overseeing various operations related to talent acquisition and candidate experience. Prior experience at Travelers, from March 2010 to October 2018, included roles in talent acquisition operations and analytics, culminating in a managerial position. Ankur holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
