Arnie Listhaus

Sr. Manager Technical Services at MongoDB

Arnie Listhaus has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Their most recent role was as a Sr. Manager Technical Services at MongoDB, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Manager, Technical Services at the same company from February 2019 to November 2021, and as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer from November 2016 to February 2019.

Before joining MongoDB, Listhaus worked at Daegis Inc. an OpenText Company as the Director of Archive Development from April 2011 to January 2016. In this role, they managed the Archive R&D division and was responsible for architecting and designing components to ensure high scalability and reliability of the server.

Listhaus also had an extensive tenure at AXS-One, where they held several roles. From January 2000 to April 2011, they served as a Director, leading a team of developers in building an application server for financial and workflow-based applications. Arnie was responsible for designing and developing the data access tier of the platform, including performance and reliability optimizations. In a previous role at AXS-One, they also served as the Director - RDBMS.

Prior to AXS-One, Listhaus worked at Investment Support Systems, Inc. - INSSINC from 1993 to 1994 as a Project Manager, overseeing the design and development of a trade capture and analysis system. Arnie also worked at Quotron as a Senior Programmer from 1990 to 1993, where they designed and developed a trading support system.

Listhaus began their career at Dean Witter as a Vice President from 1985 to 1990, leading a small team in building Asset Backed Securities models and managing computing facilities within the Fixed Income Division. Arnie then worked at Citicorp as a Programmer Analyst in 1984, responsible for the overall design of a Certificate of Deposit Processing System. Prior to that, they worked at Bell Labs as a Programmer Analyst from 1983 to 1984, writing C and Shell programs and providing UNIX systems administration.

Listhaus started their career at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1982 as a Programmer Analyst.

Arnie Listhaus completed their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983 at Yeshiva University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
