Demarcus Lloyd has a diverse work experience in customer success and support roles. Demarcus started their career as a Specimen Management Processing Specialist at LabCorp in 2012. From there, they joined Medfusion Inc. as a Customer Care Representative in 2015 and eventually became a Customer Success Specialist, managing client relationships and increasing adoption. Demarcus then moved on to Oracle Bronto, where they worked as a Support Engineer and Technical Analyst. In 2019, they joined Apptio as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on increasing adoption within accounts and mentoring customers. Currently, Demarcus is working at MongoDB, where they have held roles of increasing responsibility, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and currently, Manager of Customer Success. Overall, Demarcus has consistently worked in customer-centric roles and has developed a strong expertise in customer success and support.
Demarcus Lloyd earned a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in June 2019, they obtained the CERTIFIED TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (CTBME®) certification from the Technology Business Management Council. In April 2019, they also obtained the Apptio Recognized TBMA/Apptio Elite TBMA 2019 certification from Apptio.
