Guilherme Monteiro

Guilherme Monteiro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Guilherme began their career as a Geophysicist Intern at ANP - Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis in 2013. Guilherme then worked as an AUV Project Leader at Axa Engenharia Submarina from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Guilherme joined SAP and held several positions over the years. Guilherme started as a Customer Support Supervisor for LATAM, where they were responsible for managing customer support operations and acting as a focal point for strategic customers. Guilherme also received recognition as SAP's Young Talent and was granted an MBA scholarship. Within SAP, Guilherme then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager for LATAM, where they worked closely with premium accounts to add value, improve solution adoption, and maintain strong relationships.

In 2019, Guilherme took on the role of Strategic Customer Manager for the Americas at SAP. In this position, they worked on innovation projects to address customer pain points and obstacles, utilizing SAP's agile methodology. Guilherme also played a crucial role in proposing and implementing new innovation projects that would benefit customers.

From 2020 to 2021, Guilherme worked at Passei Direto as a CX Intelligence Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for metrics, performance, customer insights, and digital projects in the CX area. Guilherme led the digital transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in significant volume growth. Despite the challenges, Guilherme successfully managed to drive the KPIs closer to their goals.

In 2021, Guilherme joined Gupy as a Sr. Customer Success Account Manager, where they focused on managing customer relationships and ensuring their success.

Currently, Guilherme is working at MongoDB as a Senior Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022.

Guilherme Monteiro completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geophysics from Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Guilherme obtained several certifications. In 2022, they received the "M001: MongoDB Basics" certification from MongoDB. In 2020, they obtained the "Agile Project Management Fundamentals" certification from LinkedIn, as well as the "Scrum Advanced Techniques" and "Scrum Fundamentals" certifications, also from LinkedIn. In 2019, they completed the "Python for Applied Data Science" certification from Coursera, and the "Data Science Methodology" certification, also from Coursera, in 2019.
