Joe Stafford has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting from 2002, they worked at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory as a Mechanical Designer and later as a University Technical Representative/Project Manager. In 2008, they joined One World Estates as a Realtor until 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they served as Vice President at Hope 247. In 2012, Joe became a Student at Columbia University in the City of New York, completing their studies in 2015. In 2016, they co-founded and became President of Delovery, a startup focused on local same-day delivery services. Currently, they are employed at MongoDB, where they started in 2017 as an IT Engineer and subsequently held positions as the Lead IT Engineer and the Senior Manager of Global IT.
Joe Stafford completed their education at Columbia University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from 2012 to 2015. Prior to attending Columbia, they attended Foothill College from 2009 to 2012, studying Business, Computer Science, and Engineering. Additionally, they obtained the CMNO certification from Cisco Meraki in March 2018, and the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2016.
