Kapil Sadhwani

Kapil Sadhwani's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Kapil started their career as an Associate at HCL Infosystems Ltd in 2013. Kapil then joined HCL Technologies in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Senior Executive, Associate Manager, and Deputy Manager. During their time at HCL Technologies, they worked on developing new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying new clients, and building alliances. In 2021, they joined Xebia as a Global Alliance Manager, focusing on Data & AI. Currently, they are working at MongoDB as a Partner Manager, responsible for GSI partnerships. Additionally, in 2023, they will take on the role of Partner Program Lead, overseeing ISV/OEM and Tech Partnerships.

Kapil Sadhwani completed their B tech degree in computer science from GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they attended smcs from 2004 to 2005 for their high school education. In 2014, Kapil Sadhwani obtained several certifications including "AMCAT Certified Channel Sales Professional," "AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist," and two instances of "AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist" from Aspiring Minds.
