Karan Srivastava

Karan Srivastava has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

Karan started their career at Thee Zorba Outsourcing Pvt.Ltd in 2015 as a Web Developer, where they were responsible for end-to-end development of multiple websites and focused on analyzing defects and improving performance.

In 2016, they joined Possibilities International Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they designed, implemented, and tested the architecture of web applications. Karan also managed project delivery and performed performance tuning.

From 2017 to 2019, Karan worked at Maven Workforce. Karan started as a Software Developer, implementing complex user interactions and scripting product deployments. Later, they became a Sr. Web Artisan, managing a team of junior developers and ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Lastly, they served as a Lead Developer, actively participating in all stages of product development and establishing best practices.

Since 2019, Karan has been working at MongoDB. Karan started as a Consulting Engineer and played a key role in the application lifecycle, including assessing portfolios, planning and designing applications, managing production operations, and implementing best practices. Currently, they are a Manager, Professional Services, overseeing a team and ensuring successful adoption of services by customers.

Throughout their career, Karan has demonstrated strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Karan Srivastava attended the Institute of Management Education from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2013, they attended Vivekanand International School, where they completed their Basic Academics with a focus on Commerce/CS. Additionally, in November 2020, they obtained the MongoDB Certified Developer, Associate (C100DEV) certification from MongoDB University.
