Katie Palmer

Katie Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Katie is currently working at MongoDB as the Senior Director of Customer Success for the Americas region. Previously, they held the position of Director of Customer Success for the East & Public Sector. Before joining MongoDB, Katie worked at Okta where they were the Director of Customer Success for the East region. Katie also served as a Regional Manager for Customer Success in the Northast and held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager. Additionally, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Okta. Prior to their time at Okta, Katie worked at Forrester as a Senior Advisor and an Advisor for the Enterprise Architecture Council. Katie'searliest work experience was at Citrix, where they worked as a Program Manager in the Leadership Development program and as a Senior Consultant.

Katie Palmer holds a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University. Katie also has additional certifications as an Okta Certified Administrator and an Okta Certified Professional from Okta, Inc.
