Marcella Alonso Marolla

Marcella Alonso Marolla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marcella began their career as a Barista at Butlers Chocolates in 2010 and later worked as a Lawyer at Petrobras, where they drafted and negotiated various agreements. Marolla then transitioned into the hospitality industry, working as an Assistant Manager at Ritz Iguatemi and later as an Assistant Manager at Alsea - PF Chang´s JK, where they supervised staff and provided training. Marcella also gained experience as a Restaurant Manager at Modi Gastronomia, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Marolla then moved into customer service and account management roles. Marcella worked as a Customer Service Representative at Butlers Chocolates and later joined Accenture as a Collections Specialist. In this role, they demonstrated exceptional customer service, resolved account discrepancies, and managed client relationships. Marcella also worked with Microsoft Credit Services at Accenture, where they handled customer transactions and inquiries.

Most recently, Marolla joined MongoDB as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and later as a Senior Order to Cash Analyst. Marcella leveraged their project and account management skills to ensure efficient collections in Europe, APAC, and international markets. Marolla then progressed to the role of Order to Cash Lead, where they oversee international operations.

Marcella Alonso Marolla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management from Senac São Paulo between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2006 to 2012. In 2010 to 2011, Marcella took a course in English Language and Literature/Letters at DBL.
