Maximilian Foos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maximilian started their career as a Working Student at Winkel GmbH, where they supported the head of production planning and gained experience in creating and innovating Standard Operation Procedures. After that, they interned at BSH Home Appliances Group, followed by working as a Working Student at Schenck RoTec GmbH.

In 2019, Maximilian worked as a Master's Thesis Student at SCHOTT, and in 2020, they joined HP as a Business Development 3D Printing professional for Austria and Switzerland.

Maximilian'scareer then took him to Autodesk, where they held multiple roles. Maximilian started as a Strategic Account Management Representative, specializing in business consulting and development for strategic accounts in the German, Austrian, and Swiss Design & Manufacturing Mid-Market. Maximilian later became a Senior Strategic Account Management Representative, and eventually transitioned to the role of Territory Consultant for SMEs in Design & Manufacturing.

Currently, Maximilian is working at MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on onboarding new customers.

Maximilian Foos completed their education at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Engineering. During the same period, they also attended Universidad de Zaragoza and earned a Master's degree in Ingenería Industrial / Business Administration and Engineering.

Prior to their Master's degree, Maximilian Foos attended Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Engineering.

Additionally, Maximilian Foos has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed the "Introduction to MongoDB" certification from MongoDB. In 2021, they became an Autodesk Sustainability Ambassador through Autodesk. In 2020, they received training in "Executive level - Virtual Meeting Training" from Own The Room. In 2018, they obtained the "Certification of Proficiency in Spanish B1" from Universidad de Zaragoza. In 2017, they received the "Certificate of Proficiency in English for Professional Purposes C1" from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Lastly, in 2015, they became SAP Certified in "Associate Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5" by SAP.
