Neha Maheshwari Gupta began their work experience in 2014 as a Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance India. In 2016, they joined S.W.A.T India (N.G.O) as a Member and served until 2018. Later, Neha worked as a Placement Coordinator at Tapmi School of Business Manipal University Jaipur from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they became an Activations Executive at GoDoctor until the end of the year. From 2019 to 2022, Neha held various roles at Gartner, starting as a New Client Engagement Specialist and working their way to become a Client Success Partner. Currently, Neha is employed at MongoDB as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022.

Following this, from 2016 to 2018, Neha attended the TAPMI School of Business Manipal University in Jaipur, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance.
