Omar Feljy

Omar Feljy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Omar started their career as an Internship - Systems Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space in 2014. Following that, they joined Schneider Electric as an Internship - Customer Project Engineer - MENA in 2016.

In 2017, Omar joined Amazon as an IT Specialist, where they maintained LAN/WAN and IP networks, monitored IT infrastructure, and led a team of IT Techs. Omar then moved to SSI SCHÄFER as a Software Development Engineer in 2018, where they advised clients on warehouse automation technologies and provided support for software projects.

From 2019 to 2021, Omar worked at Vanderlande as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting customer network and IT operations, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Omar then joined Oracle, initially as a Sales Engineer - Cloud Systems - French Speaking African Countries, and later as an Account Executive - Cloud Systems - France, where they achieved 102% against quota.

Currently, Omar is working at MongoDB as a Renewals Manager for Spain, Portugal, Middle East & Africa. Omar is responsible for building renewal processes and strategies, ensuring timely cloud renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Throughout their career, Omar has gained expertise in customer support, technical support, troubleshooting, network operations, project management, and sales. Omar possesses skills in various technologies, such as VMware, Jira, SQL Server, Oracle, DNS, and TCP/IP.

Omar Feljy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 2020 and 2022. Following this, they enrolled in an Executive Program in Real Estate Management at Esade starting in 2022. Prior to these, Omar pursued an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla, although the specific dates are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Omar Feljy obtained several certifications. Omar completed the MongoDB CS Bootcamp and MongoDB Sales Academy programs at MongoDB in March 2023. In May 2021, they obtained a Solution Engineering Bootcamp certification from Oracle. Earlier, in September 2020, they completed the Oracle Sales Academy program. Moreover, Omar obtained the Warehouse Management System Software WAMAS ® Certified certification from SSI SCHÄFER in June 2019. Lastly, they completed the Oracle Certified Associate course, Java SE 8 Programmer, offered by PUE in January 2019.
