Shweta Tamba

Shweta Tamba has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Shweta is currently working at MongoDB as the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition. Shweta joined the company in November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist-Territory Lead from September 2021 to October 2022, and as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from August 2021 to September 2021. Shweta initially joined MongoDB as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in February 2020 and held the position until July 2021.

Before joining MongoDB, Shweta worked at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) starting in January 2016. Shweta progressed to the role of Team Lead in April 2018 and continued to work in that position until February 2020. As Team Lead, they closely collaborated with Delivery Heads and Account Managers, managed a team of recruiters, and achieved revenue and profit targets. Shweta also provided training and mentorship to new hires. Prior to becoming a Team Lead, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist from January 2016 to March 2018. In this role, Shweta handled the full life cycle of recruitment and actively screened resumes from various job portals and networking sites. Shweta received several accolades during their time at IRI, including the Talent Magnet Award in 2016, Rookie of the Year in 2017, and Maximum Interviews Award in 2018.

Shweta Tamba completed their B.TECH degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University between 2011 and 2015. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn.
