Stacey King Poling

Stacey King Poling possesses extensive experience in engineering and developer productivity, holding leadership positions at several notable companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Developer Productivity at MongoDB, Stacey has previously held roles such as Director of Engineering Productivity at Elastic and Distinguished Engineer at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where also acted as Head of DevOps. Prior experience includes positions at TIAA-CREF as Digital DevOps Technical Lead and Lead APM Engineer, as well as leading the APM Team at Elemental Solutions/Perot Systems. Stacey holds two Associates of Science degrees in Internet Technology from the Community College of Vermont.
