Leslie Skwara

Leslie Skwara began their work experience in 1989 at Eastgem as an Office Manager, holding this position until 2001. Leslie then founded and served as the Owner of OnlyPearls from 2000 to 2016. In 2016, Leslie joined Mongoose as a Bookkeeper and later became an Office Manager. Leslie advanced to the role of Operations Manager in 2018, and in 2019, they became the Director of Operations and then the VP of Operations & Finance at Mongoose. Currently, Leslie holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Mongoose since 2023.

Leslie Skwara pursued their higher education starting from 1983 to 1987 at Erie Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management. Later on, from 1993 to 1997, Leslie attended the University at Buffalo, completing their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
