Joseph Natar CSM, PSM, PSPO has worked in the IT industry since 1997. Joseph began their career as a System Support Specialist at Oceania, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they moved on to Providian Financial as a DBA. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Sr. Software Engineer/Project Coordinator at Applied BioSystems. From 2005 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. DevOps Engineer at Yahoo!. In 2019, they took on the role of Technical Services Lead at ProMatch Professional Career Center. In 2021, they became a Project Manager at Mongrov, Inc., where they are responsible for managing software delivery schedules, ensuring finance activities are audited regularly, and making sure work load is properly distributed.

Joseph Natar CSM, PSM, PSPO has an educational background in Chemical Engineering, having obtained a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2020, they completed a Certificate in Project Management with Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
