Aminu Adamu (He, his)

Aminu Adamu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aminu began his career as a Guest Service Agent at Sheraton Abuja Hotel in 2007, where he worked for almost a decade. Aminu then took on the role of Client Relations Executive at Fraser Suites Abuja for a brief period in 2017.

In 2016, Aminu joined Premium Times Nigeria as a Journalist, where he worked until early 2018. Later that year, he served as the Acting General Manager of Ahmadu Bello University Hotels (Former Kongo Conference Hotel) in Zaria.

In 2019, Aminu transitioned to TELEVISION NIGERIA as a News Reporter/Presenter. Simultaneously, he pursued freelance journalism opportunities at Zahra Media from 2018 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, Aminu worked as a Freelance Journalist at GruvCity. Most recently, he has taken on the role of Business Relationship Manager at Moniepoint Inc., starting in December 2021.

Aminu Adamu's education history begins in 2011 when he enrolled at the University of Abuja. Aminu pursued a degree in Sociology and completed his BSc in October 2018. Following his undergraduate studies, Aminu Adamu obtained several certifications to enhance his skills and knowledge in various fields. In January 2017, he completed a training program on Building a Career in the Media offered by Licia Media Consults. In August 2020, he obtained certifications in Graphic Design Careers: First Steps and What is Graphic Design? from LinkedIn. In October 2021, he attended the Maitama Sule Leadership Lectures Series organized by the Coalition of Northern Groups - Student Wing Nigeria. Continuing his educational journey, in January 2022, he completed Digital Marketing in Hospitality Training provided by Synergy Hospitality Management. In March 2022, tlhe earned Certified Affiliate/ Info /Mobile App Marketing and Blogging certification from the American Internet Business School. Additionally, in September 2022, he obtained a certification in Political Literacy from Electoral College Nigeria. The latest certification he acquired was Counter Misinformation from Mythos Labs, Inc. in March 2023. Aminu Adamu's academic journey continues as he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering at ALX, with an anticipated completion date in 2023.
