Jubril Isede has a diverse work experience in the ITIL field. Jubril began their career as an Engineer Intern at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in 2016. Jubril then worked as an Operations Executive and HSE Personnel at N.U.E Offshore Resources Limited from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Jubril joined Interswitch Group, where they held multiple roles including Service Operations Executive, Operations Support Engineer, and Lead of Operations Service Delivery. During their time at Interswitch Group, they gained expertise in settlement processing, technical support, and data analysis. Currently, Jubril is working at Moniepoint Inc. (formerly TeamApt Inc.) as the Head of Operations for Monnify, overseeing day-to-day business success and providing SMEs with payment solutions and access to loans. Jubril's work experience demonstrates their strong skills and knowledge in ITIL and their ability to contribute to the success of different organizations.

Jubril Isede obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their education and career, including the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2021, Postilion Basic Training from ACI Worldwide in October 2021, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in August 2020, National youth service corps from the National Youth Service Corps in July 2019, and QUALIFIED INTEGRATOR AND RESELLER from the PCI Security Standards Council in September 2021.
