Carly Cole is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and behavior support. Currently serving as a Behavior Technician at The Social Spectrum Inc. and as an Instructional Assistant at Colts Neck Township School District, Carly has demonstrated a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs through various roles, including Special Education Instructional Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician. With a background in martial arts instruction and self-defense training, Carly has also contributed as a Therapeutic Martial Arts Instructor and Home Instruction Specialist at Turning Point Family and Cognitive Solutions. Carly's early engagement with programs such as Best Buddies International and the "Just Yell Fire" Empowerment Program for Girls highlights a long-standing dedication to fostering community and promoting safe practices. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary/Special Education from the University of Hartford.
