Stephen Peppercorn

Stephen Peppercorn is an experienced Facilities Officer and Facilities Manager, currently managing Innovation House and associated buildings on the Usk County Hall Site for Monmouthshire County Council since July 2020. Previously, in a role as Facilities Officer from April 2012 to April 2018, Stephen oversaw the management of @Innovation House in Magor and New County Hall in Usk, including the design and installation of car park signage and markings. Prior experience includes working as a Facilities Assistant at Monitor Facilities Management, focusing on car park operations and access management from August 2005 to April 2012, and serving as an Electrical & Mechanical Building Services Technician for Gwent County Council and Monitor Facilities Management from September 1988 to August 2005, where responsibilities included maintenance tasks for County Hall and the Police Headquarters in Cwmbran. Stephen's educational background includes studies at Newport College of Further Education and West Monmouth Comprehensive School.
