Ahmad Nazem has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ahmad currently works as a Scientist at Monod Bio since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Scientist at Instadiagnostics Inc. from June 2021 to February 2022.
From November 2019 to April 2021, Ahmad served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Washington Medical Center. Before that, they were a Graduate Student at the University of Houston from August 2015 to October 2019.
Ahmad also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at SUNY Polytechnic Institute from August 2013 to July 2015. Additionally, Ahmad worked as a Science Teacher at Annur School from August 2011 to March 2012 and as a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from August 2009 to May 2011.
Ahmad started their professional journey as a Summer Intern at SUNY Albany CNSE in June 2010 and later worked as a Summer Intern at Albany Medical College in June 2008.
Ahmad Nazem has a diverse educational background in the field of science and engineering. Ahmad began their education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Ahmad furthered their studies at the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Nanoscale Science-Nanobioscience. Finally, Ahmad attended the University of Houston and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from 2015 to 2019.
