Sławomir Kozik

Sławomir Kozik has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and e-commerce industries. Sławomir served as the Head of Project Management Office at Monogo Sp. z o.o. since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Eholiday.pl Sp. z o.o. (Grupa WP.PL) from November 2017 to September 2019, where they were responsible for managing IT projects and overseeing a project team, focusing on e-commerce product development. From March 2016 to October 2017, Sławomir was the Director of IT Department at GACA SYSTEM, where they managed IT, e-marketing, and telecommunication infrastructure. Sławomir also served as the Manager of e-commerce products and oversaw a designated e-commerce business unit from January 2014 to February 2016. At Santander Consumer Bank SA, they were the Manager of Remote Distribution Channels Development from January to December 2013, where they designed and implemented the eRaty Santander internet sales system and performed business analytics in the Consumer Finance and e-commerce areas. Prior to this, Sławomir gained experience at Zagiel S.A., where they held the position of Manager of Internet Sales Development (e-commerce) from March 2011 to December 2012, Manager of Projects from October 2008 to March 2011, Coordinator of Web Application Team from April to September 2008, Senior Software Specialist from June 2007 to March 2008, and Graphic Designer - Web Services Designer from March 2001 to June 2007. Sławomir began their career as a Computer Graphics Designer at Safenet s.c. in November 2000.

Sławomir Kozik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Informatyka) from Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Administracji w Lublinie from 2002 to 2006.
