Chris Terry

Chris Terry has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Program Operations at Monogram Health, where they lead key operational functions to enhance patient care for those with chronic kidney disease. Chris has also held the positions of Vice President of Operations and AVP of Operations at Monogram Health. Prior to their role at Monogram Health, Chris worked at Iora Health as a Senior Manager and Manager in Medicare Risk Adjustment. Chris also served as the Senior Manager of Practice Operations at Iora Health. Earlier in their career, Chris was the Manager of Arizona Operations at Theranos. Chris also worked at United Blood Services, where they held the roles of Donor Care Supervisor, Supervisor of Scheduling Operations, Assistant Donor Care Supervisor, and Donor Care Specialist. Chris is a Certified Emergency Paramedic at Rural/Metro Corporation, and they previously served in the Arizona Army National Guard as a Combat Medic Sergeant.

Chris Terry completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from the same university from 2015 to 2016. Their educational journey started at Phoenix College in 2010, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Emergency Response and Operations (Paramedicine) in 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Chris Terry also has various certifications in the field of emergency medicine. These include Risk Adjustment Professional from RISE, ACLS from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, NREMT Paramedic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
