Isabella Garofalo

Isabella Garofalo currently serves as a Talent Engagement Specialist at Monogram Health, focusing on recruitment marketing, internal communications, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant for S&S Strategies LLC and the University of Mississippi, where responsibilities involved supporting top executives and managing student employees within the Enrollment Management office. Isabella also held the title of VP of Marketing at Astrolight Media Group and engaged in integrated marketing communications as a student at the University of Mississippi. Additional experience includes work as a Campus Ambassador for LeadAbroad and as a community volunteer for KHOU 11. Isabella earned a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Mississippi in 2023, following a Bachelor’s degree in the same field obtained in 2021.
