Mary Newbern

Mary Newbern has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mary currently holds the position of Senior Director of Quality and Process Improvement at Monogram Health, where they focus on providing in-home evidence-based care and care management services for patients with chronic kidney and end-stage kidney disease.

Prior to their role at Monogram Health, Mary held various positions in different companies. Mary worked as an Operations Project Manager at Automated Health Systems from December 2021 to December 2023, and as a Training and Quality Manager at CloudOne from April 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they served as a Director of Operations and a Contract Performance Manager at KEPRO from December 2018 to April 2021.

Mary also has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked at TennCare from 2015 to 2019. During their tenure at TennCare, they held several roles including Contract Compliance Manager, Assistant Director, Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and Legal Assistant. In these roles, they conducted audits, managed personnel, reviewed and implemented policies and procedures, and worked on appeals processing efficiency.

Before their healthcare roles, Mary worked as a Real Estate File Manager/ Legal Assistant at Tressler & Associates from August 2014 to July 2015. Mary also gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant at KELLER, TURNER, RUTH, ANDREWS, & GHANEM PLLC Entertainment Law from 2013 to 2014, where they handled various legal tasks.

Mary's early career included roles as a Court Clerk at Rutherford County Chancery Court Clerk and Master from June 2013 to August 2013, and as a Legal Assistant at the 16th Judicial District from March 2012 to June 2013.

Mary Newbern attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/ Information Systems. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Motlow State Community College and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice. In 1998, Mary Newbern obtained their GED from Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Murfreesboro.
