Mike McLaughlin

Mike McLaughlin has a strong background in data science and analytics. Mike currently holds the position of Data Science Vice President at Monogram Health, where they lead the AI and Machine Learning function. Mike is focused on pushing the boundaries of technology and data analytics to serve complex, polychronic patients with kidney disease. Prior to their current role, Mike served as Sr. Director of Real-World Evidence at Exact Sciences and held various positions at Anthem, Inc., including Sr. Director of Clinical Data Science and Director of Clinical Informatics and Reporting. Mike also worked as a Research Analyst at Abt Associates and as a Fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

Mike McLaughlin received a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland in 2008. Mike then pursued a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health from Boston University, which they completed in 2011. Following this, they attended Yale University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management.
