Rita Harris

Rita Harris has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Rita is currently employed at Monogram Health as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training, where they manage a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prior to that, they worked at MTX Group as a Senior Manager in Business Operations, where they managed multiple projects and clients. Rita also has experience in call center operations, having worked at Kepro as a Customer Service Operations Manager. Additionally, they have previously held positions at Mars, MEDHOST, Dell, Inc., and Metropolitan Life Defined Contributions, where they gained expertise in customer support, training, and management.
