Shawn Super

Shawn Super has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shawn is currently employed at Monogram Health as the Sr. Director of Provider Engagement. Prior to this, Shawn worked at Post Acute Analytics as the Director of Provider Relations, where they successfully developed and executed provider engagement strategies. Shawn also recruited and managed a team of clinical professionals. Before that, Shawn worked at naviHealth as the Director of Provider Relations and Network Manager. In these roles, they led teams, developed provider networks, and improved patient outcomes. Early in their career, Shawn had roles at Highmark, where they managed provider relations and implemented network initiatives.

Shawn Super attended Champlain College, studying Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
