Aniruddh (Ani) Nayak, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Aniruddh (Ani) is currently working as a Staff Clinical Engineer at Monogram Orthopaedics since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The CORE Institute for 7 years, where they held various roles including Sr. Director of Biomechanics Research, Director of Biomechanics Research, and Sr. Research Engineer. Before joining The CORE Institute, they worked at the Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE) for 5 years, serving as a Lead Research Engineer/Lab Manager and Research Engineer/Laboratory Supervisor. Ani also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Toledo, specializing in Spine Research. Aniruddh (Ani) has also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toledo's Department of Bioengineering and as a Student Research Assistant at the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Ani started their career as a Trainee Engineer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Center in Mumbai, India.

Aniruddh (Ani) Nayak, M.S. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2003 to 2007. Aniruddh (Ani) then pursued a Master of Science (M.S) in Bioengineering at The University of Toledo from 2007 to 2010.
