Gareth Jones

Gareth Jones has worked in a variety of roles in the field of data science. Gareth began their career as an Associate Tutor at the University of Sussex in 2007. Gareth then moved on to become a Research Fellow at the University of Brighton in 2011, where their main research focused on laser interferometry and modelling to investigate the properties of the tectorial membrane. In 2013, they joined University College London as a Research Associate. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Senior Data Scientist and then Lead Data Scientist at Experian UK&I DataLabs. Gareth currently works as a Lead Data Scientist at Monolith.

Gareth Jones completed a DPhil in Neuroscience at the University of Sussex from 2007 to 2012, and a BSc in Neuroscience from 2004 to 2007, also at the University of Sussex. Gareth also holds certifications from a variety of online institutions, such as Coursera, edX, and Coursera Course Certificates, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
