Amir Pourmousa

Amir Pourmousa, PhD is currently the Co-Founder of OCTOPYD and a Principal Engineer at Monolith Materials, specializing in Clean Carbon Black production. With extensive experience in engineering and analysis roles at companies such as Eaton, LightSail Energy, Simulent Inc., and Hatch, Amir has a strong background in managing projects, developing models, and optimizing processes. Amir also served as a lecturer at Seneca College and holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, along with a Master's Degree in Quantum Optics and a BSc in Physics.
