Mila Pavlin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as the Design Director of UX at Monolith Productions since January 2023, Mila previously worked as the Lead UX Designer at Santa Monica Studio, where contributions to God of War Ragnarok earned recognition as a Game Awards Winner for Innovation in Accessibility. Prior roles include Senior UX Designer and UX Engineer at Razer Inc., and Director of Operations at SF Center, showcasing a strong background in project management and team leadership. Additional expertise encompasses concept art, UI design, and artistic direction in various projects, including mobile games and feature films. Mila holds a BFA in Motion Picture and Video from the Academy of Art University.
