Desta Qiao (Qionghua)

Desta Qiao, also known as Qionghua, has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Manager of Foundry at Monolithic Power Systems since March 2006. In this role, Desta oversees foundry quality, operations, business, and technical aspects across fabs and bumping houses. Prior to this, Desta worked at ASMC as a Senior TD Engineer from July 2003 to February 2006, where responsibilities included project management for discrete and BCD projects. Earlier experience at ASMC also includes serving as the PIE section manager for the BiCMOS group from July 1996 to February 2003, focusing on production and engineering transfer. Desta holds a Bachelor's degree in Semiconductor Physics from Southeast University, completed in 1996, and attended Shanghai Middle School from 1989 to 1992.
