Wayne Kittle has a long history of working in the Information Technology field. Wayne began their career in 2001 as an IT Manager at Research Federal Credit Union, where they led a $500K technology initiative to update outdated technology and build a platform on which the credit union could grow. In 2003, they moved to CompuNet and worked as a Senior Consultant, restoring "business as normal" as quickly as possible. In 2004, they took on the role of VP Information Technology at United Bay Community Credit Union, where they worked extensively with vendors to bring the 2 months behind conversion back on-track. In 2007, they moved to Storm Smart Industries as an Operations Manager and Business Analyst Manager, where they implemented the first SIP based PBX in the SWFL area, developed software solutions that eliminated the need to hire additional staff as the company grew, and led the largest capital improvement in the company's history. In 2015, they became IT Manager at Mobile Fixture, where they were brought on-board to spear-head a $1.5M technology improvement plan to facilitate infrastructure upgrades to an enterprise class network to support a new ERP system. In 2018, they moved to Control Systems of Ohio as IT Manager. Most recently, in 2020 they became Director of Information Technology at Monroe Community Credit Union and in 2021 they took on the roles of Head Swim Coach and Assistant Swim Coach at YMCA of Greater Toledo.

Wayne Kittle's education history includes attending Macomb Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied CIS. Wayne then attended Eastern Michigan University from 1994 to 1995, also studying CIS. From 2002 to 2003, they attended Walsh College, where they obtained a Business Management Certificate in Business Management. Lastly, they attended Edison State Community College from 2008 to 2009, studying MIS.
