Harry Chance

Harry Chance is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in leadership positions. Currently serving as Security Lead at Monroe Energy, LLC since November 2022, Harry previously held the role of Director of Security at Allied Universal Security Services from February 2012 to November 2022, where Harry also functioned as a District Trainer for a year and was certified by the Delaware State Police to train and license security guards. Prior to this, Harry spent 25 years with the New Jersey Department of Corrections, culminating in the role of Director of Custody Operations at South Woods State Prison, overseeing the care of 3,400 inmates and leading a team of 805 law enforcement officers until retirement in 2008.
