Jeanette F. has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as an Administrative Coordinator II at Monroe Plan for Medical Care since August 2021, following progression from Administrative Coordinator and Receptionist positions within the same organization. Prior to this, Jeanette worked as a Receptionist at AP Professionals for a brief period in early 2021, and held a part-time Receptionist position at Episcopal Senior Life Communities from May 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Worker Biology Lab Assistant at St. John Fisher College from September 2017 to May 2019. Jeanette F. holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Services Management from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution.

Our CMA is widely recognized for providing expert and empathetic support to members and positively impacting health care outcomes as a result. Through MP CareSolutions, we provide services to healthcare companies, large and small, offering expertise in Care Management, Utilization Management, Analytics, Provider Network Operations and more.
