Principal Project Controls Engineer at Monsanto

Michael Litton has extensive work experience in project controls engineering, scheduling, and planning in various industries. At Monsanto Company, they worked as a Principal Project Controls Engineer, providing estimating, scheduling, and cost control for biotechnology capital construction projects. Michael also implemented the P6 Enterprise scheduling system at Nestlé Purina North America and maintained construction schedules. As a lead scheduling and planning analyst at URS and URS Corporation, they developed resource and cost loaded schedules for major refinery turnaround projects. Michael also worked as a mechanical planner/scheduler and lead mechanical estimator at CRB Consulting Engineers. Prior to that, they served as a project manager at Rock Hill Mechanidal, overseeing pipe and equipment module fabrication for various clients. Michael began their career as a resident construction engineer at URS, where they led the construction of brewery mechanical/process piping capital projects.

Michael Litton has a Masters degree in Management Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the same university. Additionally, Litton holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical engineering technology from Florissant Valley Community College.
