Tony Jones

Tony Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tony started their career in 1984 at Contel Network Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst and later worked at Mercantile Bank in the same role. In 1990, they joined Contel as an Applications Programmer/Analyst before transitioning into a role as a Consultant at Byrne Software Technologies, Inc. in 1994. Tony spent a significant portion of their career at Monsanto Global Breeding Technology Solutions - Automation & Engineering as a Lead Software Engineer, starting in 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Software Engineer at Bayer Crop Science since 2018.

Tony Jones attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science.
