Chris Hill

Chris Hill has a diverse work experience in graphic and digital design. Chris is currently the Monster Design System Lead at Monster, where they oversee UI and visual styling for Monster Partnered Job Search sites. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Designer at Monster, where they were responsible for UX research and presenting UI improvements to internal clients.

Before joining Monster, Chris worked as a Sr Interactive Designer at Sallie Mae, where they updated customer-facing user tools on the company's website and worked on the successful "Dee-1 Knowledge for College" campaign. Chris also has experience as a freelance designer for the Massachusetts Treasury Department, where they worked on various design projects.

Chris also worked as a Contract UX Designer at TIAA-CREF, where they designed user experiences and interfaces for partnered micro site campaigns. Chris also created UX prototypes and assisted in the testing process.

Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Big Apple Visual Group, where they designed visual applications for clients, while maintaining brand consistency and working closely with clients and real estate departments to achieve optimal messaging.

Chris also worked as a Branding Designer Freelance at CVS Caremark Corporation, where they designed and maintained visual application of CVS branding for stores nationwide.

In addition, Chris has experience as a Freelance Interactive Designer at BJ's Wholesale Club, where they designed email blasts and graphic elements for the company's website. Chris also worked as a Freelance Designer at Stonyfield Farm, where they updated the design of the company's website and created PSD templates for future updates.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Designer at Tippingpoint Labs, creating design solutions for clients in various industries. Chris also worked as a Layout Artist at Boathouse Group Inc.

Throughout their career, Chris has gained proficiency in various design software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, and Adobe CC.

Chris Hill earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Notre Dame College from 1992 to 1996. In 2023, they obtained a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) Silver from ACT.
