Joseph P. Shea

Joseph P. Shea has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Joseph P. began their career at the Los Angeles Times in 1998, where they served as the Director of Infrastructure. In this role, they led the IT infrastructure team and was responsible for implementing changes and consolidating operations following company acquisitions. In 2008, Shea joined Monster as the Vice President of Infrastructure Technologies and Facilities. Joseph P. managed worldwide IT infrastructure and facilities, overseeing projects such as technology upgrades and office relocations. During a turbulent period at Monster, Shea also served as the interim Chief Technology Officer, stabilizing the technology management team and collaborating with business leaders to prioritize work.
