Naite S. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career in 2000 as a Payroll/Benefits Manager/Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In 2006, Naite joined Marriott Hotels as an Assistant Director of Finance. They then moved to Montage International in 2013, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager until 2017, before being promoted to Director, People.

Naite S. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. In addition, Naite has obtained several certifications, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2023.
