Sam Stackhouse

Sam has built a reputation for providing expert planning advice to clients predominantly focused on the housing sector. This includes advising on various tenures including Build to Sell, Build to Rent, Co-Living, Student Accommodation and Retirement Living. His experience spans from advising on highly political major regeneration schemes on behalf of local authorities registered housing providers, and joint venture partners to negotiating commercially focussed permissions for funds, housebuilders, property developers and operators.

Sam also has a particular specialism in the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and regularly advises clients on complex CIL mitigation strategies.
