Carolyn Lutz is the Managing Director at MontaRosa. Prior to their current position, they were a Consultant at AvS – International Trusted Advisors from March 2017 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Founder of Lutz & Partners International Executive Search from November 2005 to March 2017.
