Melissa Olah is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse range of experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Head Chef at Monte De Oro Winery since May 2023, Melissa previously held positions including Kitchen Manager at State and Main from December 2019 to January 2022, and Restaurant Manager at The Cutting Board Sandwich Co. from September 2017 to March 2019. Additional experience includes roles as a Line Cook at Harwood Place Retirement Center, Assistant Kitchen Manager at Safari Bar and Grill, and Garde Manger at Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts. Melissa began the culinary career at Willow Teaching Restaurant as Cook 2 and Cook 3 at Ajax Downs Casino. Melissa earned a Culinary Management Diploma from Sault College (2013-2015) and a High School Diploma from Pine Ridge Secondary School (2009-2013).
