Marlene Andino has extensive experience in training and education within healthcare settings, currently serving as Epic Team Lead for Training & Education at Montefiore Health System since December 2014. In previous roles, Marlene was the EMR Training Manager at New Jersey Urology, where responsibilities included training clinical and administrative staff across multiple locations, and served as EpicCare Ambulatory Principal Trainer at NYU Langone Medical Center, achieving certification in EpicCare Ambulatory and contributing to training plan development. Marlene began the professional journey as a Senior IT Training Specialist at NYU Langone, focusing on computer-based training for clinical systems. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture from Purchase College, SUNY.
