Eliott Montero is currently working as the Southwest Portfolio Manager & Brand Ambassador at Gruppo Montenegro, and also serves as the Creative Director at side-work. Additionally, Eliott is a Board Member & Vice President of the Southern California Chapter at the United States Bartenders' Guild. With prior experience as a Brand Ambassador and Market Manager at 123 Spirits, LLC, and as a Bar Director | Manager at Mesa. Eliott has also worked as an Associate at Assouline and in Management and VIP Services at Chateaux lounge. Eliott holds a BA in Philosophy and Pre-Law from Cal State Los Angeles.
