Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Monterey Bay Aquarium, a role initiated in June 2024. Previously, Sanchez founded and led Vaya Consulting for a decade, providing strategic assessments and developing learning and social impact initiatives for notable clients such as A24 Films and ACLU.
